Created with Native Veterans, the app offers a rich set of activities, readings, and resources, including tools to deepen understanding of PTSD. Along your journey, you can get feedback by answering wellness questions, use the digital journal to express thoughts and collect relevant information, and handily find organizations and contact information to support others or yourself.
