Heidi, in your pocket. Order ahead, pay in the app and collect your coffee and pastries without the queue. Every visit counts towards free drinks, and members get first call on our offers. ORDER AHEAD Choose your shop, pick your drinks and bakes, pay in the app and collect when you arrive. Your order goes straight to the team, so it's ready when you are. COLLECT STAMPS, EARN FREE DRINKS Every eligible hot drink earns a stamp, whether you order in the app or give your mobile number at the till. Fill your card and your next hot drink is on us. MEMBER OFFERS From time to time we run offers for app members: free drinks, launch treats at new shops, seasonal specials. They land in your Awards automatically, so there's nothing to clip or remember. Offers vary by shop and change through the year. FIND YOUR HEIDI See every shop, its opening hours and what's on the counter today. Ordering ahead is available at our standalone bakeries; check the Locations tab for the current list. The app isn't available in our department store shops, which use the store's own tills. Your loyalty stamps still count there: just give your mobile number at the counter. Offers are subject to availability and their own terms, shown in the app. Heidi may change or withdraw an offer at any time.
