Knowing What’s Happening – Track local hazards including river/creek levels, road closures, burn bans, and weather threats. Engaging & Preparing – Access preparedness tools and learn about how to become a Trained CERT volunteer. The app is another public outreach effort developed by the Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to improve communication with county residents and visitors.
