The Yardi Maintenance app is the mobile companion to Yardi Elevate Maintenance. Access and enter inspection and work order results from your phone or tablet—no browser required. Assigned inspections show up on your device automatically. Open work orders, see job details, and stay focused on what’s on your list for the day. Walk the property, log results, add photos and notes to inspection details, and complete inspections so records stay current in Yardi Elevate. Create work orders from what you find during inspections. Update jobs in the field, log time, add notes, and finish work orders when the job is done. Work without a data connection. Your changes stay on the device and sync when you’re back online.
