Wood Ball Escape is a wooden arrow puzzle. Every ball on the board is looking for a way out, and you are the one who builds it.

Drop arrow tiles onto the wooden grid and release the ball. It travels wherever the arrow points and keeps going until something stands in its way. Guide each ball into the hole that shares its color and the board is cleared.

THE ARROWS DO NOT ALL BEHAVE
- A plain arrow launches the ball in a straight line, all the way until it is blocked
- A numbered arrow moves the ball exactly that many squares and no further

Choosing between the two is the whole puzzle. One arrow carries a ball clear across the board. The other nudges it a single square into place. Reach for the wrong one and the ball sails right past the hole it was aiming for.

WOODEN BLOCKS WORK BOTH WAYS
A wooden block sitting in the middle of the grid looks like a wall in your way. It is also the only thing that can stop a ball travelling at full speed. Half of this puzzle game is learning to stop treating blocks as problems and start using them as brakes. Once that clicks, boards you had given up on suddenly have an answer.

ORDER MATTERS
Most boards hold more than one ball, and their routes cross. Free the wrong one first and you seal the other one in behind it. Reading the whole grid before you place a single tile is the difference between a board that takes thirty seconds and a board that takes ten minutes.

A SLOW BURN
The opening boards explain themselves. Nothing to read, no tutorial to sit through. Then the grid fills up, the open squares get scarce, and you catch yourself running routes in your head before your thumb moves. That is where this brain puzzle earns its name.
