Just Meditate is the app that keeps it simple. Start the timer, close your eyes and listen to the relaxing sounds. That's it! ⏰ Meditate from as little as 5 minutes 🌧️ Listen to Heavy Rain, Sunny Beach, Windy Forest or City Sounds to help you meditate 🌬️ Breathe easily by following the circle, inhaling as it gets bigger, and exhaling as it gets smaller - it follows the 4-7-8 breathing rule to help you relax 📳 Your phone will vibrate when the meditation is over, so even if you're not listening to the sound, you'll know when the time is up 📊 Keeps track of your past meditations so you can see how you're doing
