Niner Rides is your way to book rides with UNC Charlotte’s on-demand transportation services.

With just a few taps, book a ride in the app, and our technology will pair you with other riders headed your way.

HOW IT WORKS:

* Book a ride by setting your pickup and drop-off locations.
* You’ll receive an estimated pickup time as soon as you book. Your estimated arrival time will automatically update as your vehicle heads your way.
* When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle.
* You may share your ride with other passengers or make a few stops along the way. Track your vehicle and follow your ride in real time directly from the app.

SHARING YOUR TRIP:

Our technology matches riders traveling in similar directions, giving you the convenience of an on-demand ride with the efficiency of a shared transportation system.

RELIABLE:

See your driver’s information, track your ride in real time, and view your ride history, all from the app. After your trip, you’ll be prompted to leave a rating and optional feedback.
