This app is getting worse to the point of becoming a scam place.. 1st I received 1 product instead of 2, so I contacted the CC they told me to upload a picture of the issue to the link sent to my email but since my account isn't registered using email, I have to add 1 but they don't have any option to update your freaking account great! So I went back to contact them again but ofcourse I can't, cause the app keep flashing there is some kind of error double great! I can't even delete my account

The shopping app experience turned into a nightmare when we ordered four items, but only received one, and to make matters worse, it was completely different from what we ordered. After returning the item, we faced the additional frustration of not receiving our money back. To compound the issue, the details of the returned item vanished from the app, leaving us unable to track the process or communicate effectively with customer service. Feeling utterly disappointed and distrustful

The shopping app experience turned into a nightmare when we ordered two items, but only received one, and to make matters worse, it was completely different from what we ordered.
