The programs usually load fine, but the ad servers are the main problem. I just finished Season 2 of Halo, but in order to do so, I had to close the app and restart the episode due to freezing and glitching ads over 100 times. For. Eight. Episodes. Network bandwidth was not the problem; the ads that froze did not use but a few bytes, compared with ads that function and load normally seconds before/after. Fixing this program is...Paramount.

The streaming experience in this app is inconsistent. Sometimes, it works fine, but too many times, it gets stuck in a loop between two commercial segments. It will stream part of the show, then jump back to a previous commercial already played and start the show again from that section. Repeats a couple of times before moving forward. Other times, the app will jump to a previous commercial segment already played when pressing the 10 sec reverse or forward button in the middle of a segment.

On top of crashing randomly. If you pause the video and then play it again the audio will go out of sync. And there is no fixing it without backing out and starting the show again. Such an inconvenient app. Poorly programmed. Why can't we just go back to the way it was. A hand full of streaming apps that worked flawlessly. Please don't suggest I reach out to technical support. It is evident this app has some bad programming and just needs to be overhauled.
